Our villa is surrounded by local residential communities, rice fields, small village roads, and natural scenery that reflects the charm of rural Yogyakarta. Guests are welcome to explore the area by foot or bicycle, discovering peaceful rivers, local daily activities, and beautiful countryside landscapes along the way.
On clear days, you may also enjoy stunning views of several mountains in Central Java and Yogyakarta, creating a tranquil backdrop for your stay. The area is ideal for those seeking a quieter atmosphere away from busy tourist districts while still remaining accessible to popular destinations.

To help everyone enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay, we kindly ask our guests to observe a few simple guidelines:
Bhumi Nawasena is a place for rest and relaxation, not for parties or loud gatherings.
Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM. Please be mindful of other guests and our surrounding neighborhood.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available around the property.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
Children must be supervised by adults, especially around the swimming pool and shared areas.
Please treat the villa, facilities, books, and shared spaces with care and respect.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.
